Hello,  I’m not sure if this goes to Shari or Dr. Thompson; I purchased a black male through Shari that was an offspring of Sequoyah’s Dark Stryke back in August.  He is a fabulous dog!  He is my companion and I love him with all my heart although he  can be very naughty and has a stubborn side.  We have worked with a trainer since I got him and he’s doing very well; he is getting his CGC this Saturday, then we are going to move on to some AKC novice competition.  If he’s moving slow, it’s my fault; the weather here in Alabama has been horrible this winter and it’s dark and cold when I go to work, and dark and cold when I get home (I found a doggy day care that he loves for really bad days).

By the way, because he had (I can’t remember the medical word) “growing pains”, poly-something, I had Dr. Friddle (another AU vet) do hip and elbow xrays (he’s the only vet here in Birmingham that I found that could do Penn-hip)  to make sure there wasn’t another problem.  Dr. Friddle says he’s excellent orthopedically.  He is in great shape other than the allergies.....

I’ve enclosed a picture; he is a gorgeous boy, he’s 10 months old and weighs 91 pounds.  He’s bone and muscle.

Thank you.

Pam S.
