Uny
delivered 6 pups on March 5th, 2011 out of 2 time World Competitor Ozzy
Barnero. We have been awaiting this breeding for 2.5 years
and we are ecstatic to have this opportunity. Feel free to
check back later for more information on this
breeding and new pictures of Ozzy.
Uny is probably my favorite breeding female.
She doesn't have the highest scoring hips of all of my
females but she scores in the top 30% with PennHip and OFA's
GOOD at over 5 years of age......THAT is pretty darn
GOOD! She however, has the prettiest, outgoing dark
pigmented puppies with the nicest heads you could ever ask
for. She is a Czech import and has the
temperament that I loved in a female. She is as
devoted as any female can be to her owner. She is
pleasant around everyone, social, great with puppies and
small dogs, slow to anger but very protective, alert,
attentive, loves to play ball, excellent "traveler" but
completely oblivious to anyone but her "mom".
Ozzy Barnero is the 2007 and 2008 Slovakia
National Champion. He also competed at the World
Competition and placed 7th in 2007. In 2008, the World
Championships were held in the US and he was the only dog
that I saw receive a standing ovation as he left the field.
He is "V" rated in size, pigment, and structure. His
tracking is "machine-like and methodical". His
obedience is upbeat and pretty to watch. He is sound
in mind and good with other dogs and children. We are
very, VERY excited about this litter and are planning on
holding most of these pups back until they reach 16 weeks of
age and then we may make a few of them available to a select
group.
To see a picture of one of the other Ozzy son's
that we own, take a look at Vidar.
He is a young male but you can well see the tough look and
intimidating presence in him. He has a solid, strong head
and great conformation.
This breeding should produce nice, solid puppies with good pigment
and good temperaments. There will most likely a
few pure black pups as well as some rich black sables (my
own personal preferred color ;-) ) They should
have nice blocky heads, strong, thick bone and have an
intimidating presence. They should make great
protection dogs, competition dogs, personal dogs, or working
K9s.
This Breeding will match up not only 2
excellent dogs but also 2 excellent pedigrees. We are
thrilled to have this opportunity.
